They first arrived in Japan with Portuguese traders and Jesuit missionaries. They are Lasombra, having Dominate, Potence and Oblivion.
- Tsukaite-doku: The users of poison, associated with Japan's corporate world. They would have originally been called the Jiki-doku (eaters of poison) but their aggressive adaptation to corporate Japan would have elevated them enough in the eyes of the Heiki to shed their "Jiki" title (although still singularly excluded from the Jiki-ketsu). They were originally Cappadocians but now they are part of the Hecata, having Auspex, Fortitude and Oblivion.
